Hello I’m Rose
I’m a florist, creative and lover of nature. I was born in Menorca and my island has always been a huge inspiration for me. Its landscapes, Mediterranean colors and natural beauty are part of the way I see flowers and design.
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to flowers. Whether it was the roses my mum grew in our garden or walks through Menorca’s nature, flowers have always brought me joy and wonder. Perhaps that’s why my own garden is now full of plants and flowers and maybe it’s fitting that my name is a flower too!
I studied design in Barcelona and after five years working as a wedding planner, I discovered floral design while creating my first wedding flowers. It was the perfect combination of everything I love: creativity, nature and creating meaningful moments for people.
In 2018 I founded Duša Flowers to create floral designs that feel natural, generous and connected to each celebration. Today I combine my design background and wedding experience with sustainable floral techniques, always searching for thoughtful ways to respect the beauty that inspires me every day.

While floral foam is still widely used in our industry, I have chosen to work with more sustainable alternatives that are kinder to both nature and ourselves. I use recyclable and reusable materials such as water containers, chicken wire, string and biodegradable moss. My goal is to create fresh, thoughtful floral designs while reducing my environmental impact at every wedding in Menorca
Flowers with Soul
Duša is a Slavic word that means "soul". I believe flowers are more than decoration. They create atmosphere and become part of the memories we carry with us. Each design is created with intention, inspired by nature and the beauty of every celebration.
